The aquarium (assuming it's glass) will over heat and kill it. That's the most important of the long list of problems you will have with this idea.
 
If it is in a shaded area, then maybe but you will still need to provide heat and UVB the same as if it was inside.
 
I have never kept lizards b4 so I know vertually nothing

It would have made more sense to do your research before getting the lizard. How did you acquire the little fella if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks for the link as soon as he said he wanted to keep it I did some research and he has been living on ants and today I got some live crickets which he really liked

Please release it as without the appropriate permit it is illegal to remove protected species from the wild. You can and will face jail time/fines depending what is decided When you are caught by the authorities.
Not to mention the amount of stress you are putting on the poor thing by keeping it captive.
