Thanks for all the help. I have gone head and put in an order from the Snake Ranch- can't wait....I plan on handling him very regularly once he has settled in. Roughly for how long should this be? It's been a while since (8years) since I've had a hatchie and my Bredli, recently acquired, about 10mths old, has been great from the start.

My woma is a perfect lady with her food - no stikes, just a slow opening of the mouth followed by very slow eating. Has never struck at anything, and we have several different people often reaching in for a play. We do not have a hook and have never used one. There is no change in her behaviour - not even on feeding days where we are defrosting her food to room-temp over the day. I hope that helps

my woma when young tried to eat me at feeding time and i used foot long tongs , now hes 10 months old i feed him by dangling the rat by the tail no problems
