Obese beardie?? or others underweight??

Is there a healthy weight range for beardie's? I have 3 and one's very solid and has a little bit of skin either side near his armpits. I thought he may have just been bulking up for brumation.
The newest edition to my collection who i got last wkend has lots of loose skin under her neck and near her armpits.
I'm not sure whether she's underweight or he's overweight??
Any suggestions?

The female's beard reminds me of a frilled neck lizards neck. lots of folds.
