Okay Size?

Hey all,
I just found this cabinet on Gumtree and I was wondering if it would be okay for a rough scaled. The only reason I'm asking this now is that it's very cheap so I want to get it of I can.

The dimensions are as follows:
Height :65 Inches (including a small cupboard down the bottom)
Width : 34 inches
Depth: 16 Inches

What's the dimensions on the actual enclosure, not including the cupboard?

You want to be aiming for a 90cm X 60cm x 60cm for an adult roughie at the least.
