Hi all,

I came across this little guy tonight and had to move him/her from the house into the bushland down the road. Can anyone please help me ID it as I have no idea. Is it dangerous or what?
It was about 50-60cm long. It had a pale coloured underside. The colour was more like a grayish than full black like the photo shows, but could of been the light.

Sorry the photos are not the best but I only had my phone as this was not at my house.
Any help would be great.

Thanks,
Andy

yep, small eyed, nothing you'd want a bite from !

Small eyed.... Venom causes muscle damage correct?
Yeah I don't take any chances. Got this guy into a click clack tub by guiding it along as I had nothing but a couple of make shift hooks.
Took it down the a bush area away from houses.

Thanks guys
