Like most snakes, their attitude can vary. I have 5, and all mine are non biters with a placid nature, though womas have a legendary appetite, and will certainly have a chew if they smell rat on your hands or you put your hand in their enclosure when their hungry, but most snakes arn't any different... IMO, they are the perfect snake for anyone.
