Question on vent position??

ok so im in the middle of making a new double virtical bay enclosure to replace the old horozontal one i sold and am having trouble deciding on how and were the vent/s should be placed being as its a vertical enclosure

light fixtures are going where the routing has been done

i intend to be making a 1" thick foam background so the vent/s will be going on the side my question really is were should it be placed and will one be enough or should i use the usual 2??

i was thinking of just useing 1 vent midway down on the outerside (obviously )

any suggestions would be greatly apreciated

If it were mine I would place a vent about 100mm up from the floor and another about half way up both in the centre of each side wall.
I have to ask what did you do the routing with,a chisel?

hahaha the routing was done with a lamanex trimer with the guide off
