Rack colour?

Hi,
I'm in the process of designing a small rack. I'm at the stage of ordering the melamine.
What color black or white? Anyone built one in black before? Do you have any pro and cons using black over white.
It was suggested that black may be to dark for snakes. I am using sistema tubs so they nice and clear.
Any comments appreciated.

White reflects light while black absorbs light. Black would be better as the snake would feel more secure in a darker place. To them, being more visible is a sign of danger, so I would think it be more calming for the animal. This is why we have hides

White also shows marks and grime easier while black hides it. There wouldn't be any price difference either.

This. Besides when i see black enclosures i look at my boring white one i think "Damn, black looks awesome..".

I was favouring black for the cleanlyness factor and also to not show marks as much.
