It's my first year breeding and I've read that pythons become restless when repositioning the eggs to lay but is it usually hours before laying or days or varied... Just wondering as my gravid girl (spotted- 25 days post prelay) has been restless and writhing for the past 5 or so hours and wanting to know whether I should stay up or if theres still time to get some sleep Thanks
well my own question was answered this morning... she started laying around 5am, she's now up to egg number 7 all looking nice and healthy ... she's decided not to use the nesting box and is laying on the tile in her enclosure, if I get her off the eggs as soon as she's finished will they be alright to get off the tile or will they have stuck down already? And if I take her off and find they are stuck, if I put her back in to incubate herself will she go back to the eggs? Thanks
