RHP radiant heat panel?

Anywhere in aus doing radiant heat panels? Or alternates? I know the traditional ones are super hard to get. I will be using pvc cages, So I want to steer clear from ceramics & any traditional heat pads that heat from both sides.

I use heat projectors; they radiate heat to the animal. They have a filament similar to a radiator heater, at night you can see a dim orange glow. My Pythons seem to like them. They screw into a regular light fitting and focuses the heat to what is under it.
