I took the wifes digital camera on shift the other night. It was muggy/raining and I thought I'd see something interesting.
Sorry about the quality. It was 3 oclock in the morning

This bloke was found crawling across the training yard.

Thanks guys. I'm a Dog handler in the RAAF, based at Tindal (near Katherine) in the NT. I live down the road from Yommy who also posts on this site and he's the one that got me into snakes.

trader,
Yep it is pretty cool up here. The BHP's are on the move of late with most shifts comming across a couple most nights. I saw a big one last night (no camera at the time) he was a bit banged up with some missing scales. The one in the pic had an old wound as well that looked pretty deep. Saw a little children's last night as well. It had some scales missing and some white blotches as well, possibly old wounds?

You guys are just jealous because we are the only ones to send our officers off to do the fighting. Now if you excuse me I have a busy day at work, I think I'll head to the pool first...........
