just wondering but wouldn't you require like 2 hides? so the animal may choose the temp it needs instead of the temp that it gets where the hide is located?

I am using 2 tubs like that for my young BHP and stimmie. They have one hide on the warm end, most of the time they are hiding under the layers of newspaper.

The package is a starter kit, other hides can be added at a small additional cost, please let us know if you are interested in one, we would be happy to freight to Victoria.

Its nothing of the sort. We certainly couldnt get those things at that price. I guess getting it through the shop is cheaper.

No war Matt, just trying to help out newcomers here as well. I am sure many people have had this idea, just some of us have not been in a position to offer it previously.

Well considering Sydney Reptile Supplies have been offering a hatchling setup for more than 12 months, it's no surprise people are copying the idea.
Oh and ours only cost $75 for a small and $95 for a large. We don't use those unsafe plastic tubs either.

Yes, it is an idea that has been around for ages. Many companies already supply ready made kits. Nothing unusual here.

The only difference is what the kit contains. So what does your kit contain Greg? What sort of thermostat and heat mat etc etc. so that people know exactly what they are getting for the price.
