Spider killed my gecko.

Sorry haven't been on in a while, thanks for the replies.
My gecko was a pilbarensis, he was housed in a click clack, i didnt think anything could of got in but there was about 4mm play in the lid. Im not sure if it was an egg sack or not (dont know much about spiders) but it was an oval shape was squishie and covered in sand. And when i ripped it apart it was full of web?
I haven't got pictures sorry and he was just fed on cricket's.
