Taronga has a great reptile display

I didn't realise what a great variety Taronga had until I visited Australia Zoo. Australia Zoo was a fun experience but my hubby looked totally devestated when he saw only four varieties of lizard!

Went to the Sydney aquarium aswell....does anyone know who looks after the Gippsland Water Dragon...I must speak with them

For many years I have been chasing "Blue Phased " Gippsland Water Dragon...I have a couple...but what I saw down at that Aquariums were the most beautiful "Blue phased" Gippies I have ever seen, They had One adult male with two adult females with a nesting box in the background, so they must be breeding them, I have already sent an email to them but wondered if anyone from this site had known someone from there.

Nice Zoo but I was disapointed that there was not more reptiles.
Nice enclosures for all the animals.

Oh yeh, it was also raining :cry:

shoulda gone to the australian reptile park, central coast, heaps there!!

I got a lot of zoos to visit when I get back to Sydney.

Many I have not been to in at least 6 years
