WA private selling laws?

Ok hopefully somebody who knows how this work can help me out, I'm looking at selling young knobby which ive had a few people enquire about privately, but what I'm trying to figure out is when transferring the records will we have to go through say a pet shop or somebody along those lines with a commercial licence. I always thought this was the case but after looking through all the papers and the calm site and stuff I cant find anything on this so i don't know if im hallucinating or not . Is it as simple as just writing the licence number of the recipient onto your records even though theyr not a commercial licence number.

Hopefully this makes some sense Any advice from West Australians who have done this or anyone who knows what the deal is would be great. Cheers in advance .

It depends on what sort of licence you have. If it's just a keepers you can only sell to a dealer

There has to be a dealer involved - most will act as the intermediary for a small fee or no charge at all. Have a chat to a few dealers to see if they can help you.

Returns must show a transaction from you to a dealer and then another transaction from that dealer to a private keeper.

so what are you private wa keepers breeding this year? i should have geralton stimmys, carpets, nephrurus levis pilbarensis, v.tristis, lophognathus longirostrus and possibly ackies

You can get almost anything if you go and talk to a dealer.
