I don't see anything wrong with that. Anyway, if you get it as a hatchling you'll have a good six-twelve months before it needs to go into a full sized enclosure anyway.

If you get a hatchling, it's best to buy a plastic tub, put holes in the lid so it can breathe, and put the tub into the enclosure and let it live in there for sometime. Small snakes can get scared if they go straight into a large enclosure, and since they're small they could squeeze out between gaps in the glass doors.
