weird looking spider id

there is this weird looking spider thing in my back yard, i don't know what type it is, it could be venomus.. it's tiny, like a5 cent peice.. blackish with yello sploches, black spikes out the back of it, and orange legs.. alos has pincers coming out the mouth.... can anyone help with this? i gotta get pictures when i can.
