What is this type of Skink?

I think you'll find that it is a Saproscincus mustelinus.
There's a distinctive cream-white spot at the hind corner of the eye.
Don't go too much on the photo in the link that I sent you. Your specimen is even more typical of the species than the one illustrated.
Was it found in a moist shadey spot?
 
Jace, it says in your "species kept" colmn that you've kept goannas, bearded dragons, geckos and turtles. I don't know about the turtles or some species of gecko, but i do know you need a license for a bearded dragon or goanna, you also need a special license to collect those animals from the wild, which you did, and i know you do not own a basic, advanced or specimen wildlife license.
