I can’t find a good answer on how big they need to be. I don’t actually know how old they are. In their last shed at least two of them have started getting those white spots. They frogs are about the length of my index finger now. Is this a good time to start feeding them less often?

Normally during their first winter is a good time to back off feeding frequency. Yours look healthy and are holding a good weight, no reason you can't start now, I would mix it up and start missing a day here and there before committing to this solidly.
It doesn't have to be so regimented either, you as the keeper need to observe their size and weight and feed accordingly. They look great btw, your doing a good job 👌
