WII games

i have had a wii for a while now, i never play it so i told my partner to hook it up in the bedroom so i can play it in bed

i have quite a few games but i get pretty bored in them, i preffer games like the oldschool mario and crash bandicoot and mario kart, coz there easy

can anyone reccomend some games for me to get? i wanted super paper mario thinking it was like the old mario's but michael showed me screen shots and it looked really boring and bad

what games are good? not really hard ones either

You can buy some Wii credits from JB Hifi, hook up the Wii to the net and download the old Mario games onto your Wii. They cost about $5 per game.

That's what I did coz I can't play all the new fancy games, except for Guitar Hero.

Guitar Hero is fun, but...You said you liked easy games and unless you have a sound level of coordination...It's a waste, but funny to watch people stuff it.

I would assume you have Mario Kart wii? And Super Mario Galaxy?

Both very fun titles. And yes, the wii points cards. I thought only EB was able to sell them? Ah well then, JB too Yeah, Get 2 2000 point cards, it'll cost you 60, but I'm sure you;ll have endlesss hours of fun in the bedroom

we downloaded a heap of old school ones like mariokart64 and zelda and stuff by hooking up our wii to our wi-fi and using our credit card to buy wii points, super smash bros is pretty fun (cept i always get beaten grr..)

Super smash bros brawl! It's a mario game, and you have these fighting matches. It's by far the best!!

what do u mean i need the old controllers for the new wii? where do they plug in in the back somewhere i have gamecube controllers and a realllllly old type of controller in the cupboard somewhere if i need them

the classic controller is a controller that kinda looks like the old SNES controller but its a special wii one. We got ours from Big W for like $30 i think, and to download the games you go into the wii menu and i think its under the shopping channel link

the ones you download are identical to the old ones....

if you have a gamecube controller you dont need to buy a new 'classic controller'
unless the cord on the gamecube one isnt long enough, then buy one....

if you do, they plug into the wiimote, so they are corded, but still wireless from the unit itself....

if that makes any sense at all???

i just bought a classic controller and 2000 point card today and my partner is just setting it up now for me what other games are worth getting?

im so excited i cant wait to play the old mario i was on ebay the other wk looking for old mario games because i have this old nintendo consol but this is going to be even better

I got the old Mario games and the old Donkey Kong aswell, loves it.

I also got a Sonic one from Sega Mega System but I couldn't play it, because I had the Master System and the games apparently are different

Ah well, DK makes up for it.

Anyone know if there's an old Mortal Kombat you can download?
