was at work yesterday painting a clients deck and looked over my shoulder to see this.. sorry about the poor quality photo's only had my phone with me. at first i thought it had a bird but on closer inspection was a decent sized rat

thats odd, the water dragons at our old place used to get the pluvers (spelling?) babies ... but never rats (that i saw)

Exactly what i was thinking, even if it wasnt baited i dont think its healthy for dragons to eat things that big im pretty sure large items can cause spinal damage or something. Anyway an interesting sight, thanks for sharing.

This is normal sign language, as far as i understand telling other dragons that hes not keen on sharing (often territory or other issues) without a fight, a sort of dominance display. A bit like flippin the bird.
