WORMS for my lizard

Hey everyone, i was wondering what type of worm i can give to my lizard regularly that i can buy in bulk and breed? I don't like woodies because they are so smelly and i think worms would be easier. Could i please have your advice? Do i stick with woodies or get worms, and what types of worms do i get?

Earth worms and silk worms are good as at least part of the diet, although im not sure if they are suitable as a staple food though.

well he is a full grown beardie so i would be giving him ten every 2nd day or so and veggies every other day
