exoterra lights and CHE

Does anone know if I can run a ceramic heat emitter on an exoterra grow light, its a ceramic fitting with a metal and porcelain reflector, its rated to 100W. There's no mention of CHE on their website or in the manual. Any help and advice would be much appreciated

Yeah bit of a gimic, the reflector glows in the dark for about 20 mins after the lights go out, be cool if it lasted all night
