Relocated this to my house yesterday and already accepting defrosted mice, so looking like a keeper:)! Do any SA people know what the proceedure might be to get it on the books?

Ring Sonya or Rose-Marie at DEWNR Richard, they'll sort you out. Although I didn't think that one was able to keep a wild caught animal unless there was extenuating circumstances. It'll be interesting to see their response. Good to see your making yourself right at home, Mylor is a lovely place in the hills :)

EDIT: according to their website, it's a no, you'll need a special permit. See here.

Just found this on my relocation endorsment, check Conditions 6,7,8. How simple's that, what sensible people:)!

Oh, you need to update your location too, not in Armidale anymore :lol:
 
i think you should be able to apply for a 'rescue permit'.... again Sonya from the Permit Unit is the best to talk to. Very nice textilis!!!
