UV and heat globes in one.

ok so I am after UV and heat globes all in one, I know you can get them but cant find them. Does anyone know the brand name or company that makes them??

They are called mercury vapor bulbs. (MVB) Good for dragons. There are many brands available.

exo terra have just brought one out..i think it's called the sun day, and it is pretty effective..expensive, but worth it

It's a regular MVB thats been repackaged and marked up like crazy.
Any large supply joint(bunnings/Masters) will sell good quality MVB's for under $10...

Wont they have uv block glass on them if they are marketed for human use?

Most don't unless they're being used in commercial applications(warehousing, flood lights, street lights ect) where the wattage and output is much higher. For domestic use they simple have a single phosphor coated glass case.
