Hey D3, not being pedantic, however the AHS is the Australian Herpetological Society INC established 1949 The Australian Herpetological Society - History and not in anyway affiliated with the Australian Herpetological Symposium (which is not referred to as the AHS). I just don't want people thinking they are one in the same.

Thanks for the info

Cheers Gird

The authors, Justin Julander and Nick Mutton, haven't even seen the book yet, so we Aussies will be the first in the world to get our hands on it!

no problems, sorry for the confusion

Is there any way around not being able to have it posted to a PO box?

As I understand it Jack, they (the books that is) just cleared customs at DHL this afternoon, so they're hot from the printer in China, and as far as I know, the authors haven't seen them yet, but they'll be signing them when they do...

I'm looking forward to my copy! Should be a great read.

Can you get it posted to a work place? Or a friend or neighbours?
If not - you can have it posted to me and I can express post it down to you (courtesy of work, so no charge :D) as I'm only on the Central Coast.

Ramsayi if you go through to the paypal option theres a box where you can add special instructions to the seller.
I'd try adding "please send the book to this PO Box address etc" in this instruction box.

you could also try messaging herpingjournal (neil) on here to double check that this is ok

Hope that helps

"yer mate just near the big tree oh by that red rock chers mate" :p ;)

I clicked on the purchase bit for the little blue book and the price goes from $35 + $13.95 postage (advertised on the website) to $79.95 + $35 postage.

If you go to the dinner and get your complimentary copy.....can you buy some more books if you choose?

The authors will be signing the copies now. They had not seen a printed copy as of this weekend. They were probably the most disappointed at the delay!

Oh no! My husband's gonna flip. I was checking out the link and accidentally hit the BUY NOW button. Oopsies! Too late, the book's on its way now....hehe

Hi Jason,
That is a mistake. We are just trying to get the right price of $35 + p&h fixed now.
