i went back to the vet to get a consulation check up and when i got there there was some mad animals there, there was 2 short neck turtles,a fruit bat,a micro bat (extremely small),a few dogs and a kangaroo, pretty cool huh? Also didnt get a chance to get a re check up because it was taking far too long,so i made another appointment for tuesday(my beardies eating again and looking better).

the one in canley heights, hey your avartar was on the wall at that place

sounds like they are pretty diverse, that can be a good thing and a bad thing, sometimes a specialist is better, but hey if ya find a good vet ya stick to them thats all :)

i happened to look at my info on the swide and it says adult, what will it say when all of the stars r full.

I would say that vet caters for native animals rescued from volunteers like WIRES. Bats & flying foxes harbour lyssavirus similar to rabies, so I hope they are taking care not to introduce these animals to animals/humans while in the waiting room.

Edit: Oops Terry Bellamy would know this :p

Lyssavirus 6 is not transmitted by being in the same building.
I think you will find that they are fully aware of its implications.
Terry Bellamy has been doing wildlife for a lot longer than licensing for herps has been around in NSW. She has donated immense amounts of time to organisations like Sydney Wildlife, AWARE, NANA and Wires. She was recently awarded the Order of Australia Medal for this.

I meant by introducing as in letting other people at the surgery touch it etc as a bite or scratch can infect the victim.

Sorry I missed the post about it being Terry's surgery. I know she is fully aware of implications like that but I didnt realise it was her surgery they were talking about.
