Rubbish, man gets animals, BBQ flaiming, beer (maybe some bourbon or rum too) and then works on instinct to cook. Any other stuff is none of his business and is left to those who care about whatever else is left to do.

There's a reason the BBQ is the males domain and not a place for the woman. It stems back to the design of the BBQ. It's simple to explain really:
Women don't BBQ as a BBQ doesn't fit in the kitchen. :lol:

she makes me get the meat out of the freezer and defrost it......this seems to be a womans job......why do i do it??
