Hey :)

The best biscuit recipe ever! Try it!

Best Chocolate Biccies-

Ingredients:

2 cups plain flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
12 teaspoon salt
170g butter, melted
just under a cup of brown sugar
just under a cup of caster sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
250 grams of chocolate bits

Method:

Preheat oven to 170. Grease tray(s)

Sift flour, bicarb and salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown and caster sugar. Mix in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk until creamy. Add the dry ingredients. When combined, add the chocolate.

Use one tablespoon of batter per biscuit. Flatten a little bit.

Cook for 14 minutes for chewy, and 17 for crunchy.

Enjoy! :)
