If this is the story from earlier this year, the guy didn't have a heatmat so he used an electric blanket to keep his Burm warm. When he threw in the rabbit the snake started to eat it, but it got tangled in the cord. So the snake just swallowed the rabbit, the blanket, the connector cables, the control box and the plug.

I remember (I think it was harry the vet) had to operate on a bearded dragon (again it's a 'I think' statement) that had swallowed AA baterries... I guess he was low on energy... I saw it quite a few years ago so my memory of this event is somewhat clouded... maybe it was an asian house gecko that swallowed a truck battery - either way it goes, reptiles do swallow some strange things. But snakes I alwyas thought were quite selective. But thanks for sharing... And thanks Hix for your wonderful knowledge - if you walk and talk you're a walking talking library...
