I contacted the Queensland version of NPWS, I think it is called the Enviromental Protection agency. They put me through to a ranger. There is no such permit that allows individuals to remove 12 carpet pythons from private property.
I suggest you give them a call Phantom before you remove any wild snakes as they would really like to speak to you.
