Not all colubrids are rear fanged. In fact, the colubrid family is probably made up of at least 8 different families. They are kind of like the big box of paperwork that taxonomists will one day sit down and sort out.
 
I've always thought of them as all the left overs that are a bit harder to class.
I've found the definition for Colubrids is a "tad" ambiguous.
 
It should also state on the bottom of your lic the following -
Agency Interest: General
G1 Additional information - A maximum of 2 restricted reptiles, other that reptiles of the families elapidae, hydrophiidae or laticaudidae, may be kept under this licence.

Keep as many Australian colubrids of any species as you like if you can find them.
 
as jannico said there is no limit to numbers, they are recreational species along with a number of elapids so there are no restrictions on them

There just like keeping a python when it comes to licensing in QLD.
Like I said keep as many as you want.
