Hi
I had the same question a couple of month ago already, I know.
But here we go again :
After looking for some eastern bearded dragons for a while I finally found some directly from a breeder.
I made my homework this time and had a close look at the adult ones and after checking the colour, the shape of the head, the spikes and the yellow colour of the mouth I was very very sure that these are eastern dragons.
So I bought 8 of the little ones and I really like these little fellows.
They are eating very well and slowly get bigger.
Yesterday I watched them eating crickets and saw that they all have a more red/pink rather than a yellow mouth.
Now I am confused again.
Isn't the colour of the mouth a very significant difference between eastern and central bearded dragons ?
Or do they change the colour after getting bigger ?
Thanks for every help
Cheers
