i have had the same thing happen with my spotted, when she was young after a perfect shed i noticed the tip of her tail was bleeding, i paniced but she was fine so i just left her to see if she was fine (after cleaning the tip of her tail). a year later, the tip hasnt grown back but you can only notice it if you look for it, so dont panic it will be fine.
