They shed their skin like any other dragon it just flakes off.

I feed mine on crickets, roaches, can dog food (which they love too much lol) and fruits like strawberries, mangos, bananas and any other soft fruit, they also LOVE hybiscus flowers as far as vegies go they don't eat alot of vegies but they do like snow pea shoots and clover, just be careful to get clover that hasn't been sprayed with anything.
