Heating Help

So I've built this new enclosure for my Carpet... It's 1000x400x400... Before I go installing all the heating stuff, I was hoping to get some advise on the best things to install. eg, ceramic, heat matts... conventional light bulb...
(IF YOU SUGGEST HEAT ROCKS I'LL JUST IGNORE YOU)
best/most reliable brands for heating equipment and thermo stats...

Please base it on personal experience,

I would suggest that you get a Reptile Radiator from the herpshop - I am currently using one and they're great! Especially when you put a shelf that is around 40cm under the heat source. At the moment I am using a dimming thermostat from the herpshop with it, haven't had any issues with it yet.

I use a 40watt heat panel made by ultratherm i myself dont use a thermistate and they dont need a protector as mine dont get hotter than 80 on the surface, Cheers
