Welcome to the hobby mate, I hope you enjoy it as much as the rest of us. Don't go too crazy buying stuff before you've done your reading - you'll waste less money and be happier with the results if you take your shopping slowly and buy stuff you need, as opposed to stuff other people reckon you'll need. For example, you probably won't need a huge wooden enclosure to house one of this year's hatchlings yet. Read and learn as much as you can, it's well worth the effort. :)

off i go to see simon and have a chat about snakes....really want to touch one..very excited!!!! and very scared too

just got my lience!.. printed it out and off i go to shop for a snake :)

hmmmm printed it out.........
I thought they get sent to u, well that's how i got mine

G`day,

I havn`t read any books yet but I read just about everything I could on APS! Ask questions, don`t rush into getting anything yet and take note of peoples advice. Some of the people on here have been doing it for a long time so they know what they are talking about.
I`ve only had mine a couple of weeks and heaps of fun, you`ll enjoy it!

Best of luck choosing a snake, Norm
