try get a better pic looking directly down, stand on a table if you have to, the snake measure program will work alot more accurately, in your pic the scale changes as you get closer to the snakes head. I tried using 2 different pics of the same snake one directly above, one similar to yours and there was a big difference between the results

Yes I thought it was a bit of fun the variation in sizes. I will measure her with some string tonight.
