hey everyone....about 6 months ago my coastal carpet python escaped from my house, and today i looked out the back yard and seein to my amazment..my dogs had my snake, i raced out and got him..he has a few twists in his body, and a 10cm long bit of scales ripped of bout 10cm from vent, hes goin 2 the vet, i was just wondering if anyone on here has had anythin close happen to theres and what was the outcome..cheers everyone from tim

Be careful, i had a problem where my land mullet got out and my staffy bit her on the tail. Months later her scales were raised and i thought she just had mites and treated it for mites. In the end my girl lost her tail due to a STAPH infection received from my dogs mouth. Be careful.
Simone.

Ouch! I hope it survives, best wishes! Any news from the vet?
