Hey, just got a juv lawsons beardie. Have the enclosure setup but just wanted to get some opinions. I have a 100 watt basking light set up (basking spot about 40-42 degrees & hot side of enclosure about 32-35 degrees) and a cool side about 26 degrees. I also have a UVB 200 light in the middle of the enclosure... I wanted to know how long I should leave the lights on for?? Should I leave the basking light on 24/7 or only for about 12-14 hours a day (but then the temp drops to about 20 degrees). Would appreciate any advice. Cheers

Needs at least 10% UVB and UVA.

Gets pretty cold at night, are you providing any heat for it at nighttime ?

A day night cycle would be the way to go

This is what i do with my breeding pair, as soon as its pitch black both lights go out

I dont provide any night heat for mine and when i did, both of the stayed as far away as they could from it
