to me it looks like the demansia olivacea....olive whip -or marble headed ...its found around the Howard Springs area NT ...doubt it would be a yfw as they are not located in that area , but you can never rule out finding species where they are not from due to people travelling around alot these days , snakes do hitch hike ....

Its Demansia olivacea, not a psammophis, vestigiata, simplex etc etc.

The brighter colouration is common in younger specimens
