I was just wondering whethert there are any other lizards than the Bearded dragon that really dont mind being handled.

waterdragons? what about sand goannas?

blue tongues

i have one of mine sitting on my sholder as i write this

Perente's like being handled;)

I actually saw Tim from URS on TV with a very calm perentie in his hands, he was even going to let the presenter hold it.

Some monitors will let you handle them as far as to say they dont claw, bite and crap on you.
There are heaps of skinks and dragons that can become used to handling too.

How about Pygmy Mulga Monitors, anyone had experience with them?

My pygmy mulga monitor is a handful to get out of the enclosure but once shes out shes just as good as any bearded to handle. Great little monitors

I have been told that Spencers are one of the most placid of the monitors!!

Nah my girl doesnt really jump around a heap, she likes to be as high up on u as possible then ends up falling asleep then falling off you
