Dry food and make sure you have an easily digested substrate such at kork

Cork cannot be digested by a snake (or probably anything other than a cow which can digest cellulose).

I have the shredded coconut substrate all natural, it's funny watching them for like 10 mins after trying to get the **** out of their mouth cause its all stuck ! I try to leave my rats a bit wetter so they stay properly hydrated

It shouldn't be seen as funny - that your snake has something as irritating coconut fibre in its mouth. This stuff can get caught and impacted in the gums and cause problems down the line. You would be wiser to put some newspaper down to prevent this from happening. If you had a child who consistently got things caught in its mouth and spent 10 or 15 minutes trying to get it out, would you think that was funny?
