yeah mine are plastic ones...ive never used the metal ones....more expensive plus ive never had any problems with my plastic ones.......
i went out today and bought a piece of bamboo that im gonna fix in the enclosure as a perch .....ill varnish it first to seal it....
should have it near on completion by the end of the weekend...
ill be knocking up the rest of the enclosures over the weekend aswell.....
 
have done a fair bit more today....woud post pics up but photobucket is down....
so far put in shelf....made up brackets for bamboo perch aswell as installed bamboo perch....you have no idea how long i sat and looked at the cage to decide where the perch should go...lol....
i have installed the batten light fitting .....installed glass tracks....
to do list:
silicone the floor area...
install ceramic fitting and thermostat...
disenfect the enclosure...
install glass.
place snake, hide, water bowl and substrate into enclosure

very nice once im finished with my beardie background and incubator will be 2 snake enclosures
 
hey guys
this enclosure is just about finished now.
i have done all the siliconing.....just letting it air out....have installed the ceramic holder and my microclimate dimming thermostat.....
just getting all the temps correct....
