**NO croc on a spit at Wild Expo!!

The people have spoken!!

I've had a chat with Anthony and we'll be having a more traditional spit this year with lamb or pork.
It seems that most people like the thought of eating croc, just not on a spit. (besides it would look silly with an apple in it's mouth)
The croc burger will still be availabe for those of you who are keen.

Any other suggestions will be assessed on a case by case basis.
