whats the smallest type of carpet python

On some SA islands is a dwarf form of Morelia spilota imbricata. I have held a male that had been in captivity for over ten years and was only about 1.2 meters long. As far as I know that is the only individual legally owned

Fuscus is right, the insular populations of carpets are the smallest. I think it's St Francis island off SA that has a population of imbricata that are very small.
