Southern Angle headed dragon care

hey guys, i was interested to know how you keep ur angle heads, wat types of light, heat, ect, and if anyone has a good idea of wat size a year old angle head would be?

a year old angle wound be about 20cm head to end of tail they are pretty much full grown at that age. I keep my angle heads in a large enclosure with a large water area at one side for swimming in (they love it), i also have 2 uvb globes and only have heat during winter as their cage should be around 25 degrees as they are a rainforest dragon and dont mind the colder temps.
