'Spotted Python'

Seen a few posts of people pointing out wrong/strange classifieds while lurking around, came across one myself now. Was browsing through gumtree and spotted this ad. Was listed as a spotted python, but I'm pretty sure that's not a spotted python :lol: Comes with enclosure too (had no pictures of the enclosure though, but I'm assuming it would be the tank it's on.) Anyone have a correct ID for this fella?

I just saw that add as well, it looks a lot like a coastal carpet python to me

That's what I was thinking too, I wonder how many new reptile owners buy a python that is wrongly id'd and end up with something bigger than they originally planned for
