Treating Bites

One of my Hatchling Pygmies received a bite from one of his brothers/sisters. Hes separated now but i would like to know what to put on the wound. It's not that bad, when i saw it it has a little bit of dried blood on it, i just don't want an infection to set in.
Any Help would be appreciated!

diluted betadine water? not sure tho. check again with someone else.
