What is a UV light??
Freefly it is most likely suffering calcium deficiency. You need to get him to a vet and have him put on calcium supplement straight away. And to absorb the calcium he needs proper UVB, either via sunlight or lighting not less than 5%UVB, 10 or higher is best. They are expensive but it is crucial for bearded dragons to have them. UV light is ultraviolet. He can benefit an hour or more a day outside in the sunlight, and/or uv lights which can be purchased from any pet or reptile store. They should be on, in his enclosure for 8 to 10 hours a day. Ultraviolet light is important as it provides Vitamin D3 which is needed for the absorption of the calcium - just like us.
Here is a food chart for you to study, to ensure he is getting adequate nutrition. Check out the rest of the website, too. I have found it very informative. You should also invest in a calcium supplement for him. You can find a product called Reptical from pet shops as well. It is a powder that should be sprinkled over his food at least twice a week. Study the food chart well - dandelions are supposedly a source of calcium also. Other foods high in phosphorus such as bananas should be given only as treat because it binds the calcium and prevents their little body receiving adequate calcium.
Just a word regarding the UV. If you buy a light, make sure it is directly over the enclosure and that the beardy has branches to be able to sit about 6" below the light. Any further away he doesn't get enough, and don't shine the light through glass. Glass filters UV, making it totally useless of its objective.
